Jean-Matthieu Sternber, Oil Consultant active in advisory, giving hedging courses but also doing oil markets briefings for PIRA since 2013 as a senior consulting advisor based in Gneva.

Prior to PIRA, he worked as an oil trader for 25 years, including seven years for Cargill trading crude, heating oil and gasoline, followed by 18 years at Total.

His last two positions for Total were as Crude Oil Manager froom 2000 to 2003 and worldwide distillates trading manager froom 2004 to 2012.

Jean-Matthieu holds an electrical engineer degree from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland.
